Ensuring that the minor sports are repaid all of the money collected during the registration campaign
Only groups who receive funding from the MCK Annual Disbursement are required to use registration services.
Every Minor Sport is different but typically the money collected at registration goes towards player medical insurance fees, training clinics, officiating fees (referees and umpires, etc.,) ice or floor rental, uniforms, equipment, league fees and fines, tournaments fees, trophies and banquet fees.
In addition to the safety issue the various leagues are insured by these official documents and pictures that the child being registered or brought to each game is not a ‘ringer’ being brought in to play at a lower level in order to win.
